We love Squarespace because it allows us to create affordable websites for our clients without compromising on design. Squarespace is also intuitive for our clients which makes it easy for you to make updates yourself without having to pay for professional help.

Absolutely. We see no limitations by working in different timezones. We can usually tee up a time that suits both parties for a call and then most of our communication is done via email. We don’t work a typical 9-5 so we are flexible.

The initial website build time is 3 weeks. At the end of the 3 weeks, we will send you the first draft for review. After that, you have 2 rounds of amends. We allow 1 week for feedback and 1 week for amends and repeat for round 2 of amends. These can be completed quicker or can sometimes take longer depending on the amount of amends. An average website is usually live in about 5-6 weeks.

Joanne Tapodi Creative currently accepts payment via direct bank transfer only. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars unless otherwise specified. A non-refundable 25% deposit is required for every design project to lock-in a project start date.
Payments for brand consults are required to be paid in full upfront to reserve your session and is also non-refundable.
If work on your design project exceeds 4 calendar weeks in duration from the project start date a progress payment of 50% of the remaining balance is due. A 50% progress payment will be required to be paid every 4 weeks until the conclusion of your project (maximum 4 progress payments), with any outstanding amount payable in full prior to delivery.
All overseas clients are required to pay 100% upfront regardless of the project cost.

Once the deposit has been paid and your project start date has been locked-in we will arrange our initial meeting to talk about your business and your brand. We will also discuss your completed website questionnaire document and consider the structure of your website and your website goals. The initial meeting can take up-to 1.5 hrs and is held via Zoom.
Below is a brief guideline on project timing and deliverables. We will send you a detailed outline of the process along with a checklist after your initial project meeting so we can tailor it to your needs.

All payments relevant to the Squarespace service are direct between the client and Squarespace. We do not manage payments for Squarespace accounts and we do not take any service fee from the Squarespace service. Once the project is complete, full administrator rights and ownership of the site are transferred to the client.

Yes, included in every project, we offer a 45-minute Zoom call to handover the site to you. We train you on how to manage your sites pages, store, galleries, blog and any other features we produce for you.
Yes, you will get a 1.5-hour Squarespace training to manage and update the site by yourself after our project ends.
You will learn how to add, edit and remove existing content, as well as create new pages from a template.
Your training will be personalized to your website. For example, if you have a blog, portfolio, or shop, you will learn how to update these pages in a way that is consistent with previous content.
